Autism Spectrum

This programe is for students struggling with the effects of Autism. At Hummingbird Learning Centre we work with the student’s natural gifts and learning style to reduce stress and increase focus, attention and organisation. Students will be given new strategies for reading, writing and memorisation, as well as inductive and deductive reasoning.
This programe includes essential learning skills such as mental maths for speed and accuracy, test-preparation, and advanced test-taking strategies. Goal-setting, time management and self-motivation are all included in this program to help the Autistic child succeed both in and out of the classroom.
